i would say it depends, both have their good and bad points. i have been to tenet, too far for me, place quite run down, 45mins only i was told by the gal, very rush, not the gal's fault though.

Tenet not that far if you know how to travel? I normally go by Permas java side less traffic, me too like to loitering around town area? Zon duty free zone etc...:D

The quality of gals at Ruyi's are bad, tried last week, counter promised to assign me the best possible Vietnamese, in the end, ask a short and ugly one to serve me. Luckily he say can change if don't like, then came a below average china gal, give birth to 3 kids before to serve me. No choice but to take. Manage to catch a glimpse of the other gals, really cannot make it, please avoid if possible.

Apple on the other hand, service quality drop even though the price still remain high at $118 and $168. The gals seems to be taking for granted the money we are spending on them and ask for more. Avoid no. 18 at apple, very small droopy boobs, rush service, service quality is bad, at most take hj from her, don't take $168. No. 9 also avoid because will persuade u to do $168 if u take $118. If u don't upgrade, her service level will drop. Very money minded. No. 3 and 8 are good but too bad not available now.

Luckily I retired liao.

Since Tenet and other place still RM100 with FJ. Those ML who offer anything less than FJ for RM100 is definitely trying to con the freshie.

I had tried that place before.. Really quiet, nice reno, nice environment! I went there and tried no. 5 as mentioned, took the package RM$168, come with breast massage... and BBBJ, with hot and cold water too. Really cannot tahan the hot/old portion. CIM in the end, LOL..... according to the no. 5, have to pay her RM50 for coming in her mouth.. But who cares about the RM50, as long as u had fun... Definitely worth going. Cheers!!
