Sharing is caring. I read about guys having poor experience in the shops under the same boss. Won't identify the shops. IYKYK. Let me share on what I observed. Their shops have a stream of ladies on social visit passes. We don't know how long these ladies will stay. Suppose there are 5 available ladies (A, B, C, D, E) You had tried A and you are considering if you wish to RTF A or try the other ladies. Ladies B and C seemed not bad. Then before you know it, they inform you B and C went home. KNN. The options now are (A, X, Y, D, E). Do you RTF A or go try the rest before they go home? Their shops have a serious FOMO issue.
These ladies are here to make as much money as they can right? These ladies say first week very busy. 1 lady I know said she had 11 guys on the first day. She's so tired she has no time to think about giving good service. By the 3rd week, business drop a lot. Each time there's a newcomer, her business drops further. So there is no incentive to give good service when customers prefer to whack the newbie. Even if she gives good service, many customers also won't RTF. Even when she messages the customers on wechat, not many RTF.
So I suggested the idea of the more you give, the more you may receive. Instead of A asking the customer to come back, A should ask her customers who don't RTF to consider trying D. Then D will ask her non-returning customers to try A. This exchange idea will work for the guys looking to try new girls. The way they go about it is they will send a message that say (I think you are a good customer. I think you may enjoy D too. We did shuang fei before and I think she's good in bed.)
Wah, ego booster for us guys right? Being praised as a good customer. Instead of 2 strangers (lady and customer) meeting for the first time, D knows she better provide good service because otherwise customer will go complain to A right? Who knows..? Customer may shuang fei A and D. Then both girls get business right? So the next time you visit, ask the ladies if they can connect you to other ladies in the same shop. If they give you a blank look, share the benefits of exchanging customers with them. If the customers are not likely to come back to support her, she has no loss giving them away.
I am able to get better service this way because I come as a recommended customer. I pay standard rate. Quite often they introduce their friends/relatives working in other shops in SG too. Even when they return to their home country, as long as they intend to return to SG, they will recommend/advertise for their friends currently working in SG.
