For time being, better go those "established" places with arrangements with polis. FL and OKT must make sure keep changing hotels. The busted one was at the same place for at least 5-6months...

b) Procures a female for sex without marriage is.

For the ladies of pleasure:
a) Prostitution is not a crime unless they solicit in public area.
- Street hookers soliciting for sex is a crime.
- MLs under private building soliciting for sex is not a crime.

Police target pimp or people who lives on the income deriving from flesh trade.
Immigration target the foreign girls who do not have a permit to work.
