Went over this place a few night ago since last visit was like months away.

Concept have change slightly.

Have indo, viet and filipino lady all at different rates.

Tried a viet, did not ask for name, but is late 20s, shaven and high gfe.

Is near to sg custom, straight down from high way, permas jaya and the place was discreet and desserted.

went there 2 days ago.
from jb town, make your way to permas jaya.
The place is on the left side before the permas jaya bridge, if you're coming from jb town.
it is at an end of a shop lot, facing a residential apartment. big signboard, you can't miss it.
when i was there, there were a few viets, filipinas, an indon

They have two pricings - RM140 and RM170.

140 is supposedly for those girls that were recruited directly under them.

170 is for those girls that are under 3rd party agents although I find them to be prettier most of the time.

It's just a fuck and go place, pretty much a straight in your face whore house. And I think it's only like 30mins per session although the manager might tell you it's 45mins or 1hr because I've exp them knocking on the door after 30mins.

90% of the time is go in room, strip, shower, catbath + 1min BJ (mostly capped), fuck, shoot, wash-up, balik rumah.

The other 10% is getting lucky with maybe a 5-10mins massage thrown in and with a bareback but still unsatisfactory blowjob.

For this kind of quality and service which I can find aplenty in Geylang with maybe even better standard (RM140=SGD$52, RM170=SGD$63), I rather focus on other more value for money establishments when one has to traverse the checkpoints jam + toll fees in order to get in JB.

Maybe still worth a try nonetheless for bros who have yet to been there.
