Men cheat because they are attracted to other women, and other women can treat them like KING(again).
Women cheat because the husbands doesn't desire them anymore, they are emotionally starved.
In other words: feelings of intimacy/sex, trust & communication. In current workplace, men have hot women for colleagues. While women at work have so many horny boys that may simp for them.
