Enterprising WLs engaging and interacting with clients via social media can be a double-edge sword. In one way, WLs could maintain/increase their marketshare but on the other, it could backfire as clients could report the WL concern to AV for promoting their services in the event that the WL in one way or another offended the client. It happened in W02 before where it was suspended for a couple of weeks because their WLs were found to pull in clients using WeChat.
