I'm the same, which is why it often used to ends with a hj for me, I still remember when a Russian working lady and I ended up playing nintendo switch for 30 mins for an hour long session.
I feel like attitude of the work lady is really important for us sensitive guys. My strategy is to go for the (slightly) higher priced girls. They see fewer clients and thus has the psychological power to offer better GFE. Not a fool proof method but certainly worked for me. I also initiate painting because 3 out of 5 of them would be aroused which turns me on.
