Peeing urine blood...Pls advise

Hi Bros

Has anyone encounter peeing fountain of red blood? I freaked out yesterday with red pee coming out from my penis.

This happened yesterday after I was on the threadmill for a good 20 mins of running. I was completely shocked in the gym toilet and got scared big time.

Couple of things happened before this peeing episode.

Sat
1) Had protected commercial sex
2) Went drinking on Sat night till Sunday 3am
Sun
3) Woke up late with some slight headache
4) Went to the gym in the afternoon for some running
5) Went toilet to release and spread a jet of blood red piss onto the urinal.

The pee was red until today where it became faint pink. I did some search on the net and it appears to be Hematuria but worst case can be urinary tract infection or bladder cancer. I intend to see doctor soon but will monitor for one or two more days if the pee turns normal. By the way I do not feel any pain or burning sensation when I pee or when my pee ends. Everything is normal except urine is red.

I am of course worried now and hope any bros who had the same experience share some comments on this.

I think he is scared to hear the news from the doctor,that is why he is praying hard that all will be fine after a day or two without treatment or diagnosis...sometimes its like that one lah..

Ok Bro Hooters666 , I have an accident few years ago when it was doing construction job . I fell into the drain hitting 1 of the iron bar inside , that was close , few inches away from my groin .

Ouch , that's really hurt but I ignored since I could still able to stand & climbed up the drain . After that I went to see the doctor , he used his finger to press around the groin area , asking me any pain then I replied no . He said my case consider minor internal injury , would heal around a week .

Once I reached home my mum asked me why I came home so early , I told her ........ Then she joked with my gf " Oh no , will my son become 公公 " & both of them laughing non stop .

I was very afraid to pee for that few days because drops of blood came out together with the urine , it took around 5 days to a week to heal .


So Bro Hooters666 have you got yourself injured during the last few days ? I think is better to consult a doctor as soon as possible .

There are a huge variety of conditions that can cause blood in urine. You should seek professional help immediately. It could be serious.

Any pain to go with the pee? Infections normally go with pain when pee red. Once same thing happened to me but in the end found out actually due to kidney stones.

Bro you need to see a doctor immediately. Judging from your condition, it can be any part of your urinary tract that is causing this problem. Traces of blood in your urine might have gone undetected earlier. Book an appointment with an urologist ASAP.

Hi Bro,
You're rite-it is called haematuria-passing blood per urethra. Causes-several but you don't mention how old you are. If it is painless and you are over 50 yrs old with no history of trauma then you have to outrule something like bladder cancer. However you give a history of exertion, this can happen from either the prostate or kidneys. As it has passed off it probably isn't a big problem but it might not be a bad idea to consult a urologist for an all clear or if not go see one if this happens again.
