NTUC is Ground Floor. Not 1st floor
At the back of it, there is a toilet and a row of shops.
1 newly set up, 1 expanded.

Does the masseue wear white TCM clothes?
I know 3 of them there. Not sure which one you mentioned.
Tried 2 there and recently there was a 1 for 1 promo.
