I was at a eatery this morning. There were two china new citizens, they were talking about BTOs and grants.

I heard them saying that they bring in some POS system for retail outlets for 500RMB software, add hardware, declare ???,the local retailers who tied up with them, open a each new outlet, apply grant for their POS can get $2000 cash back.
