There's a few hotel that doesn't bother you when you move in & out of the place, especially those in crowded area.
1 I remember is a hotel at the ulu side of Chinatown area. Very nice place and cosy.
Walk in & out of it with partner they also never check. I checked in alone earlier

It also don't have lift access card.

Places with lift access a bit more troublesome though

Most budget hotel you can just register the room by yourselves. Then after you got the room, just ask her to go up herselves, or you bring her along. The counter wont be bother with it.

Usually budget hotels entrance area very small. When you register for the room, does the girl wait outside the hotel?
So when you got the room key, you either text her to go up herself, or you go out to bring her to go up together as you wrote?

If your gf still worry just ask her wait outside. Once you check in and go into the room, text her the room number.

Usually there is no security at those budget hotels. Just worry that the reception may ask if she walks in straight to the lift especially when the place is quiet.
