food - less salt, less sugar, less fried stuff, more veggies & fruits, more "good" fish (eg salmon, cod, mackerel, sardine, tuna), more "good" fats (eg olive oil, nuts, avocado)

What about becoming less sensitive? Just feeling alot less sensitive and climax is not as mind-blowing as before. sex is probably once a month but DIY is probably twice a week. Anyone got any recommendation to improve the sensitivity?

Recent years i suspect i have been suffering with low metabolism. Leading to tiredness easily and problems maintaining erection after cumming once for the day.
So i began to try taking tongkat ali supplement. I was a bit scared about damaging my liver in the long run, so i would only take half the recommend dose. It works to a certain extent. the improvement though is noticeable, is still minor. Then i tried changing it to Peruvian Maca. Also took half the recommended dose only. Wow the erection came much easier. Erection came back 2h after i last came. 1 day can work it 3 times. Feels like just reach puberty again! I think it depends on the issue too. Is lack of erection caused by stress? Or tiredness (could be from other issues like sleep problems). Or is the issue with the cock? Think my issue was with tiredness more than a cock issue. Which is why tongkat ali wasnt as effective as Peruvian Maca. Any bros have similar experience here?

Bro, it gets quite subjective since lack of sleep or exercise or stress can affect libido. It could also be age related. How about getting your testosterone levels checked? If they are at the lower end of the spectrum for your age, then should target to increase it.
