Now that the KTV cluster bomb hits, I am sure all of them say Heng-ah good thing never agree to open GL/KTV/Clubs. Otherwise will kenna shooting squad and career gone.

All the more with KTV cluster, they definitely won't open the RLDs.

on the contrary, going by this current ktv bistro cluster...you would think the government should be thinking of reopening GL...with all the necessary health protocols and restrictions in place...at least in GL the government can easily ensure the strict enforcement of such measures...it is clear such strict and effective enforcement measures are just not feasible and practical in other settings such as ktv bistros and MWH...
