Wow , special thanks to all bros for all advice. Due to eczema, I rarely wanna exercise which sweat. Guess got to start something. Maybe do many small exercises n wipe off sweat.

Better to get from licensed practitioner since u have pre existing condition. Having ezecma means u would have more allergies to certain products.

If u are living in a old hdb flat, suggest u get a water filter and shower filter, helps with skin condition. Take probiotics as well

Bro can try to exercise ur PC muscle more often. Definitely will help with ejaculation strength and sex quality.

Another thing is to exercise it during the day and not only when u DIY. That way u have more opportunity.
There’s even app that help ur PC exercise by giving u timings and etc.

If jg, the only one I feel got effect is Chivas from Sophia road. Did not request hj, just jg, feel little me better.maybe it's sperm issue. Hmmm
