Vision (eyes) supplementation for presbyopia

I'm hoping to get some input from those with experience. My 77-year-old dad's vision isn't what it used to be, and I'm exploring eye supplement options. I've seen one that's apparently quite popular, in the $160-ish range.

For anyone with expertise in eye care, or who has tried vision supplements themselves (especially with presbyopia, which I'm now facing at 40), could you share your thoughts or experiences?"

im also early 40s and getting lao hua already. did u start taking any supplements?

40s lao hua is normal. I went lasik so mine were "reset" heh
