I've been to Thailand.. Vietnam.. several times. Thais and Viets tend towards the curvy side. I hardly see any flat chested ladies in a thai local bus. On the other hand, it's not hard to find one on SBS / SMRT.

Indonesia and Malaysia too. I notice the average girl there is always hotter than a local one.

It all depends on the environment, food, lifestyle and also the genes. There's also Malay woman who are flat chest there's also Chinese woman who are well endowed. Genes play a big part to this also.
