Which business owner will want to incur more cost by sending the gals for medical when the gals are mostly illegal anyway... As I always believe in, if you want commercial sex, be prepared for all the side effects that may affect you... Even if the gal is your wife, if she is fooling around behind your back, you will also get it, what more a FL...
